Just left Clay Maxey with my new car with the help of Joey. The kindness that I received from everyone at clay maxey was amazing. Joey and the finance dept worked real hard to get me a great % and I will forever be grateful. I was in and out of Clay Maxey in less than 2 hours because of the amazing work of Joey Huddleston. Thank you everyone at clay maxey for everything that y'all did for me today.

We were traveling to Eureka Springs on our 27th anniversary and ended up having transmission issues. We had just had our vehicle serviced by another company three weeks previously. Apparently they put the wrong transmission fluid in and we were stressed out late on a Friday and pulled in there, hoping they could help us. Colt Huskey and crew were absolutely top-notch! They flushed the lines and got us back on the road and we literally feel like we made a new friend in him! Regards of what happens in the future with the vehicle, we will never forget how they treated us! ❤️

I drove by and seen a car I fell in love with! Turned around and I was there about an hour, drove off with my new car and they gave me the best deal I have ever had on my trade in and customer service has been excellent!! Very professional and staff are very attentive!! Highly recommend!!

Joey was very professional and kind, and Shawn was fair with me regarding my trade-in and negotiation in regards to the truck for sale. I've put nearly 1,000 miles on this truck in less than a week and it runs and drives as expected, no surprises. I will update this review if something happens in the next year. If it's not updated, they did me right and the truck didn't have any big hidden surprises. I put roughly 20,000-22,000 miles a year on my vehicles.

Have bought 10 cars from them in 8 years they always go above and beyond. Bought the extended warranty on a used car. I'm very impressed with what it covers. When they say it covers top to bottom front to back it does. Warranty even covered 4 new tire pressure sensors. Saving me over $500. Cole in the service department is amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable. Definitely give them a try.

Great customer service and hospitality! But weirdly, I had an almost $500 fraud transaction not long after leaving with my new car.. I have never had fraud on this account.

Working with Mike Lowrey was nice..I asked him to research a few things (in regards to what we were looking for)and he did what I had asked of him. I appreciate a salesman that works for you thru things. I would certainly not hesitate to buy again from this dealership again.. Sad update. After getting home the next day I tried to set the emergency brake, and it failed to work. I drive it to town with the rear brake pads on the driver side grinding. After inspecting a little closer it appears that the caliper had malfunctioned to the point that it was not working at all for sometime. (This is why the emergency brake doesn't work). I get my tire tool out to pull tires off and the lugg nuts are so tight that my 240lbs won't let me break them loose jumping on a tire tool!. So it's obvious this dealership does not go thru their vehicles as implied. I have a 22 model vehicle that will need brakes, rotors and calipers on the rear end. Now I see why they push extended warranties, so they have a reason to not go thru a simple multi point inspection upon bringing them in to sell. I Won't buy again from this company and certainly don't recommend anyone to either. Sorry Mike, I know it's not sales fault..personally I couldn't work there if I knew these things happend like this, because going thru a simple checklist to affirm what vehicles need what for repair will eventually make or break a salesmans integrity.
